KneeGLO COMFORT is committed to getting your recovery tools into your hands as quickly as possible.  We ship exclusively within the United States.

Shipping Rates & Timelines

  • Standard Delivery: FREE (USA Only).

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 Business Days

  • Transit Time: Once shipped, please allow an additional 3-7 Business Days for delivery.

  • Delivery Hours: Deliveries are typically made Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 6:30 pm.

    Note: Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or federal holidays.  We do not ship on non-business days.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive an automated email confirmation with your tracking number as soon as your package ships.

  • Tracking Updates: Please allow up to 48 hours for the carrier to update your tracking information.

  • Missing Info: If you have not received a tracking number within 3 business days of your order, please contact us at support@kneeglocomfort.com with your full name and order number.

Our Guarantee

We stand behind the utility and quality of our products.

  • Lost or Damaged Items: If your order is lost or arrives damaged, we will send a replacement free of charge. Please contact our support team to initiate a claim.

  • Satisfaction: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund or replacement. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full terms.

Important Remarks

  • Promotional/Free Items: We do not offer refunds on free items. While we provide replacements for free items lost or damaged in transit (if reported within 7 days of delivery), any associated shipping costs for these replacements are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. KneeGLO COMFORT is not responsible for shipments delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
